The 4th Annual Golf For Life to benefit Birthchoice has been set for Friday, April 20th, 2012. In order to make this tournament a success, we need the generous support of our Sponsors. There are five categories for Sponsorship this year:
- $5000 – Title Sponsor
- $2500 – Award Ceremony Sponsor
- $1500 – Registration Sponsor
- $750 – Hole Sponsor (18 sponsorships available)
- $250 – Beverage Cart Sponsor (2 sponsorships available)
